Client Executive

Job Summary The role requires a candidate residing in the Greater Seattle Metro area. Responsibilities Develop deep understanding of customers' strategies, goals, challenges, risks, and transformation priorities, and connect them to NetApp’s unified platform and solutions. Act as a trusted advisor by combining technical curiosity with business acumen and solution expertise to guide customer transformation. Demonstrate strong hunting mentality—identifying whitespace opportunities, new workloads, emerging buyer personas, and expansion paths across the territory. Maintain disciplined sales excellence, including pipeline management and forecast accuracy, using MEDDICC aligned with discovery and qualification. Lead the orchestration of an integrated pursuit team so the customer experiences a single integrated team, and drive post‑sales handoff to Customer Success with a clear value‑realization plan tied to the original business case. Job Requirements At least 7 years of enterprise‑level sales experience, focusing on selling storage, cloud solutions, or related technologies. Strongly preferred experience in cloud storage and on‑premises storage within the tech B2B sector. Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas, managing and growing enterprise accounts. Experience working with Solutions Engineers or Architects to drive sales success. Strong analytical skills in sales forecasting, performance tracking, and relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, engaging at all levels within enterprise organizations. Compensation The target salary range is 287,300 – 371,800 USD (On Target Earnings). Base salary plus potential commission based on performance. Compensation is competitive and includes a comprehensive benefits package such as health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, PTO, leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or RSUs.
