About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Cybersecurity & Technology Operations to define and lead the enterprise strategy for cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, operational resilience, and global IT operations. This executive will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and performance of enterprise systems and infrastructure, while enabling secure business growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence. The role involves providing executive leadership across cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance, security engineering, and global infrastructure platforms. The successful candidate will also be accountable for establishing and overseeing enterprise third-party and supply chain cybersecurity risk management programs, driving cybersecurity awareness, and leading the response to high-severity cyber incidents. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree and professional certifications being highly desirable. A minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and/or IT operations is required, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and IT infrastructure architecture. The role demands exceptional communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills, as well as the ability to travel. The ideal candidate will have a background in data protection, privacy, and international regulatory compliance, and experience in maturing SOC, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and enterprise resilience programs. The Vice President must be capable of navigating a complex, global manufacturing organization and balancing the competing priorities of availability, speed, cost, and security.
