Customer Success Manager

Job Overview PowerToFly is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in our New York, NY, United States office. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building strong, long-lasting client relationships and ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our services. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The offered salary for this role is $30,000 - $43,000 USD per annum, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, building trust and rapport. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and objectives to ensure they are successfully met. Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to renewal. Proactively monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate churn. Educate clients on new features and best practices to drive product adoption and engagement. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for growth. Gather and analyse customer feedback to provide valuable insights to our product and development teams. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and support, to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a talent for finding creative solutions. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A genuine passion for helping customers and a commitment to their success. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Benefits A competitive salary package.
