Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and monitor patient conditions to identify immediate needs and respond promptly.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders while adhering to safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care activities accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies at all times.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in a Medical Surgical setting preferred.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
