Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn Generate interest and build relationships with senior Talent Acquisition and University Recruiting leaders Deliver timely, actionable, and data-informed insights to prospective members Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within Salesforce Leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Partner with Account Advisors to identify and engage prospective member organizations Analyze trends and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Revenue Operations Collaborate with a mentor to build and execute an individualized growth plan Contribute to initiatives improving outreach, messaging, and pipeline strategy Present progress and strategic recommendations to leadership Participate in a structured 12–18 month development program Progress through defined performance milestones and potentially transition into client-facing or revenue-generating roles based on business need Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 Internship, part-time, or other experience in business development, sales development, recruiting, fundraising, hospitality, customer success, or similar client-facing environments is a plus Strong communication skills and comfort operating in fast-paced environments Demonstrated curiosity, coachability, and learning agility A proactive, solution-oriented mindset Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship OPT/CPT holders are not eligible Core Competencies Demonstrates strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset while leveraging tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build relationships and generate interest in prospective member organizations.
