An exciting opportunity is available for a Paid Social Marketing Manager with our client, a digital marketing organization, in a temporary position. In this hybrid, office-primary role, you’ll serve as the internal owner of paid social—driving strategy, measurement, testing, and optimization while partnering closely with an external media agency. This role focuses on improving performance and accountability across key paid social channels through data-driven planning and execution.

Paid Social Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Own paid social planning, governance, and performance oversight across key social platforms.
• Partner with an external media agency to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns while ensuring alignment to business objectives.
• Establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting processes; translate results into clear recommendations.
• Lead structured testing and experimentation roadmaps (including incrementality and randomized controlled trials) to improve outcomes.
• Oversee tagging, tracking, and measurement infrastructure to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.

Paid Social Marketing Manager Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of paid social experience with hands-on, in-platform execution (required).
• Demonstrated experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Demonstrated experience running and optimizing campaigns on TikTok.
• Experience building testing and experimentation roadmaps and analyzing results to inform optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge and guide agency recommendations.
