We are seeking a skilled Paraprofessional to provide crucial academic and behavioral support to students in a dynamic middle school setting. Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting is highly desired
• Commitment to supporting middle school students with various learning needs
• Ability to maintain patience and composure while navigating classroom dynamics
• Skilled in fostering positive relationships with students, educators, and support staff
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized or small group support to students as directed by teachers or specialists
• Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and reinforcing instruction
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social goals, promoting engagement and inclusion
• Help monitor student progress and document observations as needed
• Contribute to a respectful and nurturing learning environment
• Support transitions throughout the school day, including between classes or during activities
