• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping children succeed
• High school diploma or GED required; further education or relevant certifications a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management and the implementation of lesson plans
• Provide one-on-one or small group instructional support to students
• Help students stay focused and engaged with classroom activities
• Support students with special needs or learning challenges as needed
• Assist in preparing and organizing classroom materials
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, or recess as assigned
