Revolution Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Benefits & Leave Manager to oversee U.S. and Canada employee benefits, leave programs, workplace accommodations, and related compliance. The role partners with Total Rewards, HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and vendors to ensure accurate, timely delivery and continuous improvement of programs. The successful candidate will manage enrollment, audits, data accuracy, and communications, while driving process enhancements, automation, and a strong employee experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Revolution Medicines, Inc.
