Senior Account Manager - Automotive Bearings

Metro Detroit, MI | Hybrid Responsibilities Identify new bearing and powertrain business opportunities. Build relationships across customer purchasing, engineering, quality, plant, and executive teams. Lead commercial discussions and negotiations while coordinating technical solutions with application engineering. Manage customer relationships from initial contact through launch and post-launch support. Resolve customer concerns and help deliver successful program launches. Qualifications Four-year degree; business or engineering preferred. At least 5 years of customer-facing experience with an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier in account management, application engineering, or program management. Strong sales, negotiation, customer support, and program management skills. Ability to work effectively with global teams.
