Neuropsychologist Opportunity

Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a Neuropsychologist to join our team in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The Neuropsychologist is responsible for evaluating and diagnosing individuals with neurological and neurobehavioral disorders. Referrals come from a range of primary care providers and medical specialists. We have a busy outpatient practice and also receive inpatient consults from our 298-bed hospital, which includes 34 intensive care beds, a Certified Primary Stroke Center, Level II adult and pediatric trauma teams, and both adult and pediatric subacute rehabilitation units. We are especially interested in a pediatric or lifespan neuropsychologist but will consider applications from neuropsychologists who specialize in adults.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Required: Ph.D. or PsyD. Psychologist. Must possess a doctoral degree from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by The Council For Higher Education And Accreditation and meet the American Board of Professional Psychology/American Board Of Clinical Neuropsychology eligibility requirements in effect at the time the doctoral degree was awarded.
• Experience: Minimum Required: Must have successfully completed at least one year of fellowship/postdoctoral studies in neuropsychology; ABPP/ABCN Board eligible. Preferred/Optional: Completion of 2-year fellowship/postdoc; Two to five years of recent work experience in neuropsychology; ABBP/ABCN board certified.
• Certifications/Licenses: Minimum Required: must have current Wisconsin license to practice psychology or be eligible for licensure in Wisconsin. Preferred/Optional: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire. Otherwise, BLS certification required within three months of hire.
