RAM JACK Manufacturing is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. We manufacture our products at our Ada, Oklahoma, facility using only American-made steel. Our sterling reputation in the foundation solutions industry is second to none. Our Durham NC, franchise is looking for applicants to fill the Production Administrator role. This is mainly an in office role.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing contracts/engineering for each project
- Scheduling jobs
- Communicating with crews/crew leaders, upper management, customers, salesmen, and office staff.
- Additional duties would include reviewing all paperwork, making sure all crew have proper PPE, and all safety policies are being executed.
- Addressing customers questions and or concerns
Qualifications for the position include problem solving skills, being a team player, ability to motivate others, outstanding customer service skills, ability to adapt to changes, flexible scheduling. A clear understanding of construction materials and the process is a plus. Must possess excellent communication skills, while being able to multi-task. Excel and Google sheets knowledge. Benefits offered are paid holidays, paid vacation, medical/dental, PTO, and 401k, Compensation: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
