Our marketing and customer care teams fill your calendar with pre-qualified homeowner appointments, allowing you to focus on what you do best—building relationships, solving problems, and helping homeowners protect their biggest investment.

Whether you've worked in sales before or simply have a natural ability to connect with people, we'll teach you everything you need to know about foundation repair, concrete repair, waterproofing, and our proven sales process through our comprehensive paid training program.

• Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments throughout the Eden Prairie and surrounding areas. 
• Build trust quickly and create an exceptional customer experience. 
• Inspect foundations, crawlspaces, basements, and concrete surfaces. 
• Identify concerns and explain solutions in clear, easy-to-understand language. 
• Design customized repair solutions using our proven systems. 
• Prepare proposals using company technology and guide homeowners through the decision-making process. 
• Represent DBS Residential Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. 

You do not need previous sales experience.
