What You'll Do:

• Assess and treat patients in the emergency department, including triage and stabilization
• Perform emergency procedures as needed in a high-pressure setting
• Provide rapid clinical decision-making for adult and pediatric patients
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in EMR
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Cover triage roles as volume demands, working alongside board-certified emergency physicians
• Participate in a fast-paced, high-acuity ED environment with the support of ancillary services such as Radiology, Laboratory, Respiratory Therapy, Pharmacy, and more

What You Need:
Required:

• Satisfactory completion of PA/NP program
• Current Michigan license to practice as PA/Nurse Practitioner
• Michigan controlled substance license and DEA registration
• AHA-approved BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications
• Emergency department experience with both adults and children

Preferred:

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-acuity ED setting
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
