Sr Director Planning, BA - Materials Management (Atlanta)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Building Automation for Americas ISC Planning. This pivotal role reports directly to the Vice President of Building Automation (BA) Planning and is matrixed to the Americas ISC Operations Leader. As a key leader, you will partner closely with Site Leaders, Operations, Commercial teams, and other essential functions to enhance factory planning and effectively manage earned hours, while consistently meeting customer demand and working capital targets.
This role demands a hands-on, collaborative approach to project management, with a proven ability to lead large-scale, vertically integrated insourcing / localization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong cross-functional leadership skills, deep commercial acumen, and the ability to engage directly with customers to align priorities, eliminate obstacles, and ensure seamless execution in a dynamic production and demand landscape.
Contributions will be instrumental in advancing our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) strategy, by leading planning efforts grounded in the four ISC Strategic Pillars: simplicity, systemic connectivity, agility, and flexibility. Responsibilities will include establishing clear global processes that align with the Accelerator framework, facilitating data-driven decisions, and effectively connecting demand, supply, production, and inventory throughout the end-to-end supply chain.
