The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by owning the full lifecycle of inbound sales engagement - from initial inquiry through qualification, close, and handoff. This position is a true closing role, not a traditional Business Development Representative (BDR) function, combining inbound conversion, consultative selling, and disciplined pipeline management. You will engage directly with decision-makers, uncover business needs, and position IDScan.nets solutions as high-impact tools for compliance, security, and operational efficiency./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliOwn and manage all inbound sales inquiries, converting interest into qualified opportunities/liliGenerate pipeline through timely inbound engagement, supplemented by selective outbound prospecting - including calls, email campaigns, and social selling/liliConduct discovery conversations with key stakeholders to identify pain points and business needs/liliQualify opportunities and either advance deals directly or schedule high-value meetings for senior sales leaders/liliCollaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize messaging, targeting, and campaign performance/liliMaintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM systems/liliPrepare account insights, use cases, and context to ensure productive sales engagements/liliContinuously test and implement new outreach and lead generation strategies/li/ulpQualifications/pulliBachelors degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience/lili13+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, inside sales, or business development/liliExperience in hospitality, nightlife, or restaurant environments (e.g. bars, restaurants, hotels, or similar venues) is a plus, but not required./liliProven ability to manage inbound leads and generate outbound pipeline/liliStrong communication, discovery, and objection-handling skills/liliHighly organized with excellent time management and follow-through/liliComfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment/liliMotivated by performance metrics, quotas, and career advancement opportunities/li/ulpWork Environment/ppThis role is based at IDScan.nets New Orleans headquarters, with remote flexibility available.
