The Imaging Center at Wolf River is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and organized Business Office Supervisor to join our patient-focused team! If you enjoy leading a team, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily operations in a healthcare setting, we encourage you!
Position Details:
- Status: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
- Location: 7600 Wolf River Boulevard, Suite 100, Germantown, TN 38138

Position Overview:
The Business Office Supervisor supports daily business office operations while leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support Business Office team members.
- Oversee patient registration, scheduling, and front-office operations.
- Ensure excellent patient experiences and efficient daily workflows.
- Assist with phone correspondence, medical records, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with center leadership to support operational goals.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused environment.
Requirements
EDUCATION:
- To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office
