By focusing on continual improvement, our services remain at the forefront of our industry, and we pride ourselves on delivering our services with the highest degree of integrity.SierTeK Ltd. is seeking an Application Developer to support an opportunity remotely (part-time).Essential Job FunctionsAnalyze requirements, design, develop, test, and implement solutions for the CMCS system - DOD, US Air Force and government customers.Provide production supportProvide system documentationProvide assistance to less experienced staff.Business challenges include development of new functionality as well as break-fix analysis and support.Work independently within a structured development lifecycle.Understand complex business requirements and interface well with other DOD and government systems.QualificationsMinimal Position RequirementsA strong knowledge of the Z/OS environment including TSO/ISPFKnowledge of programming languages in order of importance FOCUS – This system is written primarily in Mainframe FOCUSJCLREXXCOBOLAssemblerMS Office – including the following: OutlookTeamsWordEXCELPersonal Qualifications A strong customer focus.
