Employment Type: 1-Year Contract Our client is seeking an experienced Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join their team for a one-year contract assignment. This is a fully onsite position based in Rancho Santa Margarita, California . The ideal candidate is a motivated recruiting professional with a proven ability to manage the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers are essential. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while representing the company professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience . Excellent public relations, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
