BENEV distributes products used by aesthetic providers, physicians and clinics, with an emphasis on innovation, physician-driven solutions, and science-backed formulations.

We distribute premium aesthetics, injectables, medical device and regenerative products trusted by Healthcare Professionals (HCP) across the country. BENEV is a fast-scaling medical aesthetics and regenerative biologics company and we're ready to aggressively grow our independent contractor (1099) sales force across the U.S. We're looking for a Contract/Fractional Recruiter who knows this world inside and out to own our full-cycle IC recruiting function.

Long Term Engagement

· Contract / Fractional engagement (6+ months)

· Fully remote: work from anywhere in the U.S.

· High-volume: 40+ open IC sales roles active at all times

· Start ASAP

What You'll Own

· End-to-end high-volumne recruiting for 1099 IC sales professionals in medical aesthetics, injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers), and regenerative biologics (exosomes, PRP, growth factors)

· Sourcing passive candidates from a variety of competitors

· Screening for IC model fit candidates who can hit the ground running with an existing book of business

· Full pipeline management in our ATS with weekly scorecards to sales leadership

Who You Are

· 5+ years recruiting 1099/IC sales reps in medical aesthetics, injectables, regenerative biologics, or medical devices

· Proven at managing 40+ open roles simultaneously high volume is your comfort zone

· Deep understanding of what makes a great 1099 candidate (book of business, territory relationships, independence, smart business owners)

· Active network in the aesthetics and biologics sales community

· LinkedIn Recruiter expert; proficient with a major ATS

· Self-directed, you own the function, not just fill req slots

Contract Hourly Rate: $75 to $110k

Compensation is based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, time in role and experience specifically in the required industries and products listed.
