- # Administrative Analyst - JIATFAlexandria, VA, USApply NowFind out how well you match with this jobJob ID326987Job Title: Administrative Analyst - JIATFJob Category: AdministrationTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: SecretEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Continental US\* \* \***The Opportunity:** The person in this role will Perform as an Administrative Analyst supporting a Joint Interagency Task Force that reports to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, to better align authorities and resources to rapidly deliver Joint C-sUAS capabilities to America's warfighters, defeat adversary threats, and promote sovereignty over national airspace. **Responsibilities:*** Provides senior executive level secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources supporting the JIATF and others as necessary* Individual work may also include handling sensitive or confidential information* Manage JIATF calendar using MS Outlook* Performs in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support* Prepares a variety of documents, such as correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software* Advises writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications* May be required to train lower-level administrative support analyst**Qualifications:***Required:** High School Diploma/ Equivalent and more than 5 Years Experience* Must have an active Secret Clearance* Proficient in MS Office Suite of Software* Proficient with Defense Travel System*Desired:** Bachelor’s degree or higher and more than 5 years' experience or High School Diploma/ Equivalent and more than 10 Years Experience* Some knowledge of SharePoint is a plus-**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
