Customer Service Rep III
Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Rep III. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA. Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested. Pay Range: $18.79/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone call inquiries and promote an organization's product or services.
- Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 8+ years
- Top 3 Skills Needed: Customer Service skills, troubleshooting skills and professional mannerism.
