Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health challenges to inform individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual therapy sessions, promoting personal growth, emotional well-being, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor and track their progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document therapy sessions and client interactions thoroughly, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case load challenges and share insights for continuous improvement in care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists at White Valley Psychotherapy Services work primarily with diverse adult clients, as well as children and adolescents, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and adjustment disorders. The variety in the patient population provides each therapist with the opportunity to develop and refine their expertise in different aspects of family and marriage therapy, enhancing their therapeutic skills and influence on client wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related mental health field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and therapeutic integrity.

• Experience working with both adult and child/adolescent populations is preferred, showcasing versatility in therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for a sign-on bonus depending on qualifications and experience.
