Then this opportunity could be the right fit for you Responsibilities: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports tracking Accounts Receivable activity, progress, and trends by customer, business region, and coordinator. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer disputes efficiently, maintaining open and consistent communication with operations teams regarding short-paid or disputed invoices. Develop and implement reporting tools to track internal department action items related to collections. Minimize bad debt exposure by assessing new orders exceeding customer credit limits, working alongside the Credit Analyst to develop informed credit decisions. Provide exceptional customer service, managing inbound calls from internal and external customers with a problem-solving approach. Maintain accurate records of communication in the AR system. Utilize company databases and software to support efficient collection efforts. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance the collection workflow. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize accounts receivable operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 2 plus years of experience in billing and collections or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
