We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client’s accounting team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have strong AR experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage collections and customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and post customer payments accurately and timelyManage daily accounts receivable activitiesPrepare and send customer invoices and statementsMonitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accountsPerform collections via phone and emailResearch and resolve billing and payment discrepanciesReconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate recordsApply cash receipts and assist with cash postingWork closely with customers, sales, and internal accounting teamsAssist with month-end close and AR reportingMaintain organized documentation and support other accounting projects as needed
