Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide direct clinical services as a therapist, engaging with clients both virtually and through community outreach initiatives. \n Establish and cultivate positive therapeutic relationships with clients, building trust and rapport to enhance their treatment experience. \n Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify client needs and risks, utilizing evidence-based practice methodologies. \n Develop and implement individualized care plans that align with the unique needs of clients, ensuring access to necessary services and resources. \n Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize treatment approaches and promote shared goals, participating in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss client progress. \n Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of reports and data submissions to facilitate high-quality integrated service delivery. \n Engage in crisis intervention as needed, employing de-escalation techniques and maintaining a calm and supportive presence. \n Monitor and provide relevant updates concerning clients’ treatment plans, follow-up services, and discharge planning. \n Contribute actively to quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics aimed at enhancing service delivery and client outcomes. \n Serve on relevant committees to advocate for client needs and promote improvements in agency practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will primarily work with clients who are facing significant mental health challenges, including major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and other severe emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation in clinical practices. \n A current and valid LCSW license in Florida, reflecting your qualifications to provide therapeutic services independently. \n Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interaction and professional collaboration. \n Strong organizational and planning skills to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and meet performance objectives. \n Competency in addressing age-related or specialty issues in client populations, ensuring tailored approaches to therapy. \n Preferred Experience\n \n A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in assessment, diagnostic procedures, and treatment interventions. \n Expertise in crisis management and risk assessment, equipping you to support clients in emergency situations. \n Experience with integrated care models and multidisciplinary teamwork in a virtual environment. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
