Customs Clearance QA Specialist LCB

The Customs Clearance Quality Assurance & Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the quality, compliance, and performance objectives of Customs Clearance operations through the administration and delivery of quality assurance and training programs for import and export activities. This role evaluates operational performance, conducts audits and analyses of customs clearance transactions and customer interactions, identifies compliance and knowledge gaps, and provides targeted coaching and training to improve employee effectiveness and regulatory adherence.

Onsite position in Houston

What’s Needed?

• Customs Brokerage License required
• Clearance training knowledge & experience preferred
• Working knowledge of DHL Clearance systems
• Understanding of adult learning concepts
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Analytical, organizational and motivational skills
• Must be flexible and adapt quickly to changing environments
