Strategic Accounts Executive

Strategic Accounts Executive at Leica Biosystems (Danaher) responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across assigned health systems, integrated delivery networks, and academic medical centers. This executive-facing commercial role focuses on building C-suite relationships, developing strategic account plans, and closing enterprise opportunities in cancer diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue growth, market share expansion, and commercial performance across assigned health systems and strategic healthcare organizations
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and competitive opportunities
  • Create, advance, and close enterprise opportunities by connecting Leica's portfolio to customer business objectives
  • Establish executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to accelerate opportunity progression
  • Mobilize cross-functional resources to execute strategies, remove barriers, and drive revenue growth and competitive wins

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years healthcare sales, strategic account management, or diagnostics experience
  • Demonstrated experience engaging C-suite executives within large health systems, IDNs, or enterprise healthcare customers
  • Proven ability to own strategic account plans and drive enterprise opportunities in matrixed environments
  • Strong negotiation, executive presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to interpret customer priorities and healthcare market dynamics into growth strategies
  • Valid driver's license with ability to travel 50-75% for territory coverage and customer engagements

Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 base
