About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization. This executive leadership position goes beyond traditional procurement responsibilities, with a focus on building and executing long-term supply chain strategies that drive competitive advantage. The successful candidate will lead global sourcing, procurement, supplier quality, and logistics functions, and will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives such as global supply chain diversification, ERP transformation, and supplier performance enhancement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly in influencing product strategy and new product development, is a key aspect of the role. Candidates for this role should have a background in industrial manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on global sourcing expertise and multi-site manufacturing support experience.
