What You'll Do

• Central Supply Management
• Maintain inventory and par levels for medical supplies, PPE, and essential items
• Receive, stock, rotate, and track supply usage
• Manage vendor orders, backorders, and deliveries
• Support infection control through proper supply handling and storage
• Staffing Coordination
• Build and distribute staff schedules
• Track call-offs and assist with real-time coverage solutions
• Communicate staffing updates with nursing leadership
• Assist with timekeeping corrections and agency coordination as needed
• Transportation Support
• Safely transport residents to medical appointments
• Complete vehicle inspections and required documentation
• Maintain clean, safe, and ready-to-use vehicles
• Assist with pharmacy, lab, and supply runs
• CNA Floor Support (When Needed)
• Provide hands-on resident care, including ADLs, vitals, and mobility assistance
• Respond to call lights and support meals, hydration, and restorative care
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and comfort at all times

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas CNA certification (required)
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Experience in skilled nursing (SNF) strongly preferred
• Background in central supply, staffing/scheduling, or healthcare operations a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills (EMR, scheduling, timekeeping systems)
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure

Schedule

• Full-Time | Primarily 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Flexibility required based on staffing and operational needs
