Industrial PainterWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting structural steel using a spray gun, ensuring that metal beams are prepped, primed, and painted to meet customer specifications.ResponsibilitiesUse a spray gun to apply paint and coatings to metal beams.Prepare and prime surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.Mix paints to achieve desired colors and consistencies.Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in industrial painting.Proficiency with spray guns and HPLV (High-Pressure Low-Volume) systems.Ability to mix and apply industrial paints and coatings.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a leadership role, even if not in a formal work environment.Why Work Here?Join a close-knit team in a small facility, where you can grow your skills in a supportive environment. The facility specializes in coating, painting, and welding services for various industries. The work schedule is from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Allentown, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
