Role Description This part-time Project Manager role is an on-site/virtual position based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will oversee organizing projects from initial consultation through completion, including assessing client needs, defining scope, creating timelines, and coordinating resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing logistical details, directing on-site organizing activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role also involves communicating regularly with clients, handling scheduling and follow-up, and documenting project outcomes and improvements. The Project Manager will collaborate with team members to maintain consistent processes and deliver a positive, supportive client experience. What you\'ll do Meet with clients in their homes to understand their goals, walk the space, and scope the project Build and send clear, detailed project quotes shortly after each visit Follow up with prospective clients and keep the pipeline moving Schedule and coordinate our organizing team, matching the right people to each job Brief the team so they arrive prepared and ready to deliver a great experience Review completed jobs for quality and follow up on next steps or client feedback What we\'re looking for A warm, professional communicator who puts clients at ease Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces Trustworthy with sensitive client information — discretion is essential Comfortable learning and using scheduling/project software Reliable, self-directed, and available weekdays during business hours Prior experience in project coordination, client services, or a similar role a plus This is a great opportunity for someone who loves bringing order to chaos, connecting with people, and leading a team toward a job well done. #J-18808-Ljbffr
