Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor

Position Purpose: Supports management by supervising the work activities of Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure clean, orderly, safe, and attractive guestrooms, public and back-of-house areas.

Pay Starts at $25.00 per hour

Essential Functions:

• Provides supervision of assigned housekeeping associates to ensure job duties are completed.
• Inspects and evaluates work performance of associates to ensure standards are being met and all Covid-19 protocols are in place.
• Trains associates regarding job duties and quality standards.
• Ensures that all designated guestrooms receive service.
• Completes needed reports as assigned/needed.

Position Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ability to exercise judgment and implement control over the performance of others.
• Ability to provide clear direction, instruction, and guidance to subordinates.
• Ability to communicate effectively to associates, (Bi-lingual a plus).
• Flexible schedule.
