Strategic Rideshare Specialist In‑office at 200 Corporate Place Suite210, Rocky Hill, CT06067. Responsibilities Work with Independent Driver Providers (IDPs) to follow through on service issues, troubleshoot problems and concerns, complaints, and education. Utilize data to develop and deliver performance improvement plans (PIP). Source new IDPs and support their onboarding. Determine and conduct off‑boarding for providers not meeting contractual obligations. Serve as the first point of contact for all IDP service requests. Own day‑to‑day IDP interaction and satisfaction. Conduct on‑site vehicle inspections and IDP audits to verify compliance with MTM and HIPAA guidelines. Deliver timely, accurate, and professional operational support to all IDPs within the assigned geographic area and Service Level Agreements. Demonstrate proactive leadership by collaborating with internal MTM teams and external client teams when necessary to ensure resolution of IDP issues. Provide effective consultation to IDPs and guidance to internal team members. Educate IDP contacts on MTM processes as needed. Participate in and facilitate regular town‑hall meetings. Liaise with other internal departments to resolve IDP issues and questions. Provide ongoing support to IDPs regarding claims, payments, eligibility, utilization management, or any other questions impacting provider performance. Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and business objectives. Meet all compliance requirements, including inspections, audits, and credentialing, ensuring non‑compliant IDPs are not performing services for MTM. Required Qualifications High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Excellent time‑management and communication skills. Ability to explain business models and technology to a variety of audiences. Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and communicate issues and corrective actions from an authoritative position with professional courtesy. Proficiency with MSOffice applications including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Analytical use of data to drive operational and cost improvement. High level of ownership and attention to detail. Strong customer service skills. Ability to remain positive and team‑focused during high‑stress situations. Maintain confidentiality. Prioritize a high volume of projects, pilots, and initiatives. Proactively identify client or member needs and circumstances. Recognize, handle, and refer emergent situations. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of transportation logistics. Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years operational experience, preferably in logistics.
