Construction Project Manager

$140K – $170K Base + Bonus | Project Manager | Ground-Up Residential | Owner-Developer | New Jersey Owner-side delivery role within a well-capitalized residential development platform Ground-up projects with internal decision-making and clear accountability Direct exposure to senior leadership and project-level strategy We see this suiting an experienced Project Manager who understands the full life cycle of ground-up residential delivery and wants meaningful ownership-side responsibility. This is not a coordination role; it requires someone comfortable managing consultants, controlling budgets, and holding schedules. The business is a long-term owner-developer with a disciplined, quality-first approach. Projects are fully funded, design-led, and managed with close executive oversight. Expectations are high. Decisions are made in-house. The role supports delivery from pre-construction through completion, including consultant coordination, budget tracking, schedule control, contract administration, design management, and on-site quality oversight. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, translating development strategy into disciplined execution. This is a strong platform role for someone who wants deeper exposure to ownership-side delivery within a well-capitalized platform with a defined pipeline. #J-18808-Ljbffr
