Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, an active LPN license, and recent bedside experience—one year for Med Surg and two years for specialized units. Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification are required, with preferred Epic experience.
