Aspire Trim Clinic helps adults rebuild their edge. We work with adults of all ages, with a focus on the 35-75 crowd who refuse to fade quietly into age. Nutrition, hormones, movement, and recovery tech, all working together toward one goal: optimization.

We're looking for a Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This is a ground-floor opportunity in the wellness industry. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with nutrition coaches, fitness coaches, and aesthetic professionals, and learn the business from the inside.

What You'll Do:

- Run our aesthetic technology, including Red Light Therapy, Emsella, and Emsculpt Neo sessions - Guide clients through their in-clinic experience with confidence and care

- Track client progress and body composition results

- Keep the front-of-house running clean, on time, and on brand

- Support the coaching team so clients stay accountable to their goals What We're Looking For:

- Comfortable learning new equipment and technology

- Strong communicator who makes clients feel seen and supported
