This position will be located in Tel-Nof Israel. The candidate will be required to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives in a complex environment to ensure program activities are well coordinated and executed. An ability to explain complex technical concepts in a readily comprehensible manner is necessary. The candidate will be required to exhibit effective and clear communications skills at all levels. Timely communication of project status and emerging issues to peers and management is critical. Primary Responsibilities: SLO and signature management SME for sustainment Low Observable Health Assessment System (LOHAS) LO Verification assessment and understanding of different RCS measurement tiers Lead SLO projects from initialization through to implementation Prepare and submit basis of estimates to support recurring and pop-up contracts Travel and shift work may be required to support tasks. Expat assignment come with an expecation of continuouse onsite support for 24-72 months.Must obtain CompTIA Security+ certification within 1 year of hire date. MUST BE A US CITIZEN. SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED. Basic QualificationsBachelors Degree. In lieu of a degree a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.Knowledge of F-35 Supportable LO concepts and operations, including the LO Health Assessment System (LOHAS) and/or Repair Verification Equipment (RVE).Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position requires special access and requires Active DoD Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years or continuous vetting.
