Certified Nurse Aide - Long-Term Care

Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Night Shift: 11:15 PM - 7:15 AM

Holiday coverage is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care health facility
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months of employment
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills such as taking vital signs and measuring output
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living
• Strong observation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Observe and report on physical and mental symptoms of patients
• Implement care and treatment procedures for a caseload of patients
• Assist in the treatment team's activities and provide direct personal care services
• Maintain patient rights and adhere to infection control protocols
