Jarhead Construction is currently looking to add 2 individuals to our team of Storm Restoration Representatives to assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and tornadoes that have recently been affecting the area.
~VERIFIABLE PROVEN SUCCESS AND EXPERIENCE WITH A ROOFING COMPANY IS A MUST. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE VERIFIABLE HISTORY IN ROOFING SALES.
-Compensation and Benefits: This job has a commission structure. Commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $1000-$1500 per job).
- MUST be comfortable dealing face to face with customers; Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof; must have driver's license; Independent nature, self-disciplined, and good time management (reps create and manage their own work schedule); must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/videos during inspections. MUST HAVE A TRUCK.
