Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Onsite - 26/27 School Year

Position Overview We are seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026‑27 school year at E‑Therapy in Katy, TX. The role is full‑time (37.5 hour/week) and covers elementary, middle, and high school grades. The successful candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to K‑12 students, conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with school staff and families. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results. Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary team members to support students’ communication goals in the classroom and other settings. Implement evidence‑based techniques and therapeutic activities to promote speech and language development. Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to facilitate optimal outcomes. Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students’ speech and language needs. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid TX SLP license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist. Current ASHA certification. Passion for working with K‑12 students and experience providing school or pediatric therapy services. Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech‑language pathology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech‑language therapy (preferred).
