Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health statuses, developing individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of related experience in mental health counseling.

• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders and a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated experience in individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive techniques.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills, with a capacity to manage significant challenges with composure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
