Applicants who call the Firm will not be considered . Compensation: 15000-18000 Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Performs initial legal intake with prospective clients wishing to retain the firm. Schedules consultations for qualified leads. Completes accurate data entry and maintains all required information in the firm CRM. Conducts follow-up communications with prospective clients. Provides intake reporting and administrative support related to client acquisition. Assists with special projects, as needed. Qualifications: What You’ll Bring A genuine desire to help people during difficult times. Stellar communication skills — you listen as well as you speak. Excellent attention to detail and comfort with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Clio, Hubspot, or similar). The ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Previous experience in a law firm, call center, or client service role is a plus, but not required if you’re eager to learn. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience.
