Are you an experienced bookkeeping professional looking for a flexible schedule without giving up a professional work environment? Our client needs a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations and keep financial records accurate and current. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work and wants a first-shift schedule of 24 hours a week in a stable office.

Compensation & Highlights:

• $27.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
• Part-time, 24 hours per week, first shift only (no evenings, nights, or weekends)
• Free on-site parking, paid time off, and a collaborative, long-term team

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Bookkeeper:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions.

Qualifications of the Part-Time Bookkeeper:

• Previous bookkeeping, accounting, AP, or AR experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting software.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with account reconciliations and financial recordkeeping.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
