Outside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Outside Sales Specialist to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth across diverse markets. This is a hybrid-remote, outside B2B sales position. Time outside of field sales activities will be worked remotely from home. The role also requires regular in-person, door-to-door outreach to businesses to build relationships, conduct sales conversations, and generate revenue. The sales process is consultative and relationship-driven, similar to our virtual sales calls, with the primary difference being that these conversations and presentations are conducted face-to-face at businesses. Candidates should be comfortable balancing remote work from home with regular outdoor, in-person business-to-business sales activity in the field. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to expand market share and increase revenue streams. Lead, motivate, and manage a high-caliber sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating key client relationships, and closing high-value deals through expert negotiation skills. Oversee the management of customer relationships using CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud, ensuring exceptional service and retention. Utilize sales analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and refine strategies for optimal results. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align messaging, optimize outreach efforts, and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage enterprise-level negotiations and complex deal closures while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications Extensive experience in outside sales within a corporate or enterprise environment, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors. Proven success managing B2B sales teams with a focus on business development management and account growth. Strong leadership skills with experience managing executive-level teams and developing future sales leaders. Proficiency in sales management systems such as Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform and related analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic planning, analysis skills, and effective negotiation techniques. Technical sales experience with SaaS products or enterprise software solutions is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships through consultative selling approaches. Ability to analyze complex data sets using sales analytics & reporting tools to inform decision-making processes.
