We are a locally run, family-oriented, proudly serving your community, and are looking for talented technicians like you to grow with us! *Can Earn An Additional $700 Bi-Weekly With Efficiency Bonuses* *Paid Weekly!* Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair our customers Commercial Tractors and Trailers. Perform mobile road calls and in-yard service, completing detailed work orders. Inspect, service, and repair trailer bodies, systems, and components. Conduct preventative maintenance on semi-trucks and trailers. Repair and replace hubs, axles, brakes, tires, suspension, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Perform welding/fabrication and other structural repairs. Ensure all equipment meets DOT safety and compliance requirements. Document repairs, inspections, and findings for management and billing. Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to client needs. Qualifications – What You’ll Need 5+ years of verified experience of Commercial Tractor and Trailer repair experience. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Ability to lift 100+ lbs. Basic computer skills for repair order submission. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation. What Will Help You Stand Out: Welding experience/certification. Technical school degree or training. Class A CDL. Benefits What We Offer Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating on-call. Overtime Pay: Time and a half + $100 bonus for afterhours work. Pay Bonuses: Up to $700 extra bi-weekly with efficiency bonuses. Fleet Mobile Maintenance serves several markets in the Southeast corridor of Michigan, including Detroit, Ann Arbor, Battle Creek, Lansing, and Flint. We also have technicians serving customers in Indianapolis, Cleveland, Louisville, and Nashville. We are a passionate team who strive to be the best service providers in the country.
