As a Travel Specialist you'll be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements.Roles and Responsibilities:Assist clients with their travel arrangementsPrepare travel itineraries, to present to clientsCommunicate with vendors/suppliers to ensure clients expectations are met/exceedComplete required training to obtain certificationMaintain proper documentation for clientsComplete ongoing training as needed (including attending team meetings)Research travel destinations for clients, reviewing the clients needs for the tripProvide exceptional service when working with clients and/or vendorsParticipate in vendor/supplier trainings when possibleMaintain up to date promotional packages for clientsProvide multiple options when preparing itineraries for clientsHave a passion for the travel industry, staying up to date on changesBecome familiar with travel requirements (domestic and international)Communicate regularly with clients, and provide last minute changes as needed to itinerariesRequirements:Access to a smartphone is required and/or computerFlexible schedule (full time or part time)Fully remoteWilling to learnNo exp required will trainPerks:Discounted travelFree trips/fam trips1099
