Ready to grow beyond basic bookkeeping? A growing real estate investment platform in South Florida is looking for an accountant to work directly with their Controller and get hands-on training in fund accounting - no prior fund experience required. What you'll do: Full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, bank recs, journal entries) Handle intercompany transactions & reconciliations Review financials, spot discrepancies, and dig into the "why" Learn fund-level reporting alongside the Controller What you bring: Rock-solid grasp of debits & credits Full-cycle accounting experience Sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset Yardi experience a plus (not required) Why it's a great next step: Direct mentorship, real exposure to fund accounting, and a seat at the table on live real estate development deals - with a platform that's actively growing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Talon HeadHunters Formerly HRX HEADHUNTERS
