Legal Assistant
Smolker Mathews, P.A.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to provide effective legal assistance to three lawyers. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. This individual will communicate frequently and effectively with clients in order to serve them and their cases adequately.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support
- Handle communication with clients
- Locate and develop case relevant information
- Keep case files organized
- Handle billing on all cases
- Monitor deadlines
- Handle calendaring
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a legal assistant
- Familiarity with case dockets and filing documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent organizational skills
