Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site in Cuyahoga Falls, OH Schedule: MondayFriday Salary: $43,000 $46,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by providing outstanding support in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries, order processing, billing questions, and account support
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
